Laura Beitler Has Been Named Cgso, While Elana Gold Has Been Named Cmo At Rodan + Fields

The Company is happy to welcome Laura Beitler as Chief Global Sales Officer (CGSO) and Elana Gold as Chief Marketing Officer, as part of a renewed focus on step-changing their direct selling business (CMO). Rodan + Fields’ reinvigorated dedication to double down on their origins as a direct sellers and pursue their life-changing goal throughout the world is reflected in these leadership moves.

Laura Beitler is a direct sales veteran with more than two decades of experience in the channel at Rodan + Fields. Ms. Beitler has worked with Mary Kay for the past 20 years, starting in the legal department and working her way up to Associate General Counsel. She moved to the sales side of the business because of her industry knowledge and enthusiasm for supporting and assisting field leader success.

She most recently worked for Mary Kay as the Head of U.S. Sales and Marketing. Ms. Beitler is the Chief Global Sales Officer for Rodan + Fields, and she is in charge of the company’s Global Sales Organization as well as the business of the brand’s Independent Consultant salesforce. She will oversee the activities of Business Development, Field Operations, Field Marketing, and Communications, as well as Recognition and Learning and Development. Ms. Beitler graduated from Texas Tech University with a JD and an MBA.

ByDzne has earned its seventh recognition award of the year by becoming official Platinum Winners of the prestigious Viddy Awards for its brilliance in its Viral Marketing Campaign.

Telangana Would Assist Direct Selling Firms

During the Telangana Direct Selling Sammelanam 2021, held here on Friday, Jayesh Ranjan, Industries Principal Secretary, said that the Telangana government is ready to provide all assistance to the Direct Selling Industry in setting up manufacturing in the state.

He said that direct selling is a 20-year-old industry that has had issues in the past owing to cheating and fraud, but that the State’s Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade would now encourage businesses to set up production in the state. “The Centre will soon begin registering direct selling enterprises, and Telangana has a strong industrial strategy that will always support excellent businesses,” he added.

According to the Indian Direct Selling Association’s annual survey report, the state contributed about 13.15 percent of business in the southern area, with a revenue of Rs 292.50 crore (IDSA). The IDSA has asked the State government to expedite a registration procedure for Direct Selling firms, citing the State’s contribution to national sales of 1.74 percent in 2019-20.

According to V Prakash Rao, Policy Advisor to the Chief Minister of Telangana and Chairman of the Telangana Water Resources Development Corporation, the industry views Telangana as the preferred destination for generating sales and establishing production facilities for manufacturing high-quality goods.

“The industry indicators show that Telangana has everything to take the direct selling sector to the next level in terms of growth, technological integration, job or income creation, empowering women and MSMEs, and so on,” said Rajat Banerji, vice chairman of IDSA.
