The My Health Matters Challenge is a free five-day virtual health conference designed to inspire people to adopt better habits and lifestyles. The objective of Total Life Changes is to bring health to the forefront of everyone’s consciousness (TLC). In the last two years, millions of individuals have been forced to work from home. This challenge is unusual in that it is completely open to anybody, and it will begin on September 13, 2021. TLC’s Chief Operating Officer, Jack Fallon, elaborates on the situation:

This 5-day conference does not mark the end of the focus on better health and fitness. Every participant will be encouraged to participate in a 15-day challenge, followed by a 30-day challenge, to ensure that they continue to practice all of the good behaviors that they were taught.
