However, it is not clear who runs this business as no information is provided on their website. Its website domain known as crowd1.com was updated in October 2018 but it was registered back in 2017.

Stelios Piskopianos of crowd 1 network Europe Ltd is listed as the owner, by an address in Cyprus. As suggested by his LinkedIn profile he has a financial services background with strong IT skills. But the twist is that Crowd 1 does not appear on his profile.
Crowd 1 pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure. This structure places an affiliate at the top, splitting into two sides. Therefore, the first level has two position splitted into two each. At each level, twice the number of new positions are generated than before.
Crowd 1 has also been lacking behind in payments across Sweden for few months for now. Commissions are being paid out in bit coin. Crowd 1 investors outside SEPA are being told that the delay preceding are an impact of covid-19.
Holstein, CEO of Crowd 1, had resigned from the company. Earlier, when he was questioned, he wasn’t accountable to the questions on a good note.
