Stemtech Corporation announces a merger with Globe Net Wireless Corp., making it the first stem cell nutrition and nutraceutical firm to go public.
Stemtech Corporation (“Stemtech”), a premier nutraceutical firm and a pioneer in stem cell nutrition, said today that it has completed a formal agreement to combine with Globe Net Wireless Corp. (GNTWD).
Stemtech Corporation was established on April 18, 2018, following the acquisition of its predecessor, Stemtech International, which was formed in 2005. Stemtech International, Inc. was named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies four times between 2010 and 2015.
“Completing our public listing is a big step forward in Stemtech’s history,” says the company.
Chairman and CEO Charles Arnold stated.
“Becoming a publicly traded corporation provides us with the platform to maintain our leadership position in the growing nutraceutical sector, as well as better access to quality capital, allowing us to expand production and possibilities of enhancing our marketing efforts, both nationally and overseas.
With an incredibly devoted group of customers and independent distributors that believe in our objective of promoting innovation, wellness, and prosperity for all of our key stakeholders, Stemtech has developed a distinctive corporate culture during its 16-year history.”
Mr. Arnold went on to say,
“The Company aims to scale up manufacturing and distribution of our cutting-edge stem cell feeding products to a worldwide market. With growing interest in advances in the stem cell business, we believe Stemtech is well-positioned to benefit from this sector’s expansion.
We also intend to increase funding for research and development and bring new innovative products to market as the business that developed the stem cell nutrition category.”
Stemtech specializes in developing patent-protected goods and formulations for the US and worldwide markets. The proprietary formulations of the company aid in the release, circulation, and migration of adult stem cells from the bone marrow.
Its goods are all-natural and plant-based, and they’re made under the Dietary Supplemental Health and Education Act’s cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) guidelines (DSHEA).
