Stemtech Corporation announces a merger with Globe Net Wireless Corp., making it the first stem cell nutrition and nutraceutical firm to go public.
Stemtech Corporation (“Stemtech”), a premier nutraceutical firm and a pioneer in stem cell nutrition, said today that it has completed a formal agreement to combine with Globe Net Wireless Corp. (GNTWD).
Stemtech Corporation was established on April 18, 2018, following the acquisition of its predecessor, Stemtech International, which was formed in 2005. Stemtech International, Inc. was named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies four times between 2010 and 2015.
