Max International, LLC, a direct selling company that markets a line of wellness products, was advised by the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC) of BBB National Programs to stop making certain health-related product claims on social media by Max International independent salesforce members.
DSSRC, as part of its continuous impartial monitoring of the direct selling industry, brought the following product claims to Max International’s attention:
