Laura Beitler Has Been Named Cgso, While Elana Gold Has Been Named Cmo At Rodan + Fields

Rodan + Fields, LLC, a renowned skincare company with a direct selling business model and an Independent Consultant Community, has announced the addition of new leadership talent to its organization.

The Company is happy to welcome Laura Beitler as Chief Global Sales Officer (CGSO) and Elana Gold as Chief Marketing Officer, as part of a renewed focus on step-changing their direct selling business (CMO). Rodan + Fields’ reinvigorated dedication to double down on their origins as a direct sellers and pursue their life-changing goal throughout the world is reflected in these leadership moves.

Laura Beitler is a direct sales veteran with more than two decades of experience in the channel at Rodan + Fields. Ms. Beitler has worked with Mary Kay for the past 20 years, starting in the legal department and working her way up to Associate General Counsel. She moved to the sales side of the business because of her industry knowledge and enthusiasm for supporting and assisting field leader success.

She most recently worked for Mary Kay as the Head of U.S. Sales and Marketing. Ms. Beitler is the Chief Global Sales Officer for Rodan + Fields, and she is in charge of the company’s Global Sales Organization as well as the business of the brand’s Independent Consultant salesforce. She will oversee the activities of Business Development, Field Operations, Field Marketing, and Communications, as well as Recognition and Learning and Development. Ms. Beitler graduated from Texas Tech University with a JD and an MBA.
